Where do you ship to?

Anywhere on Earth, basically! Our shipping speeds and costs vary based on your location and weight the order. Your shipping fee will be calculated at checkout. Our shipping speeds are as follows:

Singapore: 6-8 business days
Rest of Asia: 10-12 business days
Everywhere else: 12-14 business days

Can I track my order?


All bags and pouches will be delivered via courier. Our designated courier will contact you directly regarding the status of your delivery.


For all bags, pouches and sticker packs - you’ll receive a tracking number with your shipment notification email.

How do I use bluPort Self Collection?

We have worked together with bluPort Singapore to provide you guys (yes, you) with a more affordable shipping option. There are 90 (and more to come) bluPort Self Collection stations around the island.

To use bluPort Self Collection, first select 'bluPort Self Collection' as your shipping method before you check out. You will then be able to select your preferred bluPort Self Collection station before proceeding to payment.

When your order has been shipped out and is ready for self collection, you will receive an SMS with the bluPort Self Collection station that your parcel is located in, a code to unlock the locker for your parcel, as well as the validity of your bluPort.

You will also be able to track where your parcel is at all times.

I have yet to receive my order, what should I do?

Shipping can sometimes be delayed due to weekends or Public Holidays. If you’ve yet to receive your order after 14 business days or more, just drop us an email at and we’ll do our best to help you.


What’s your return/exchange policy?

All purchases made on are final and not eligible for return or exchange.

kāi will provide an exchange for defective items when notified within two days of when the item/items were received, provided the items are unused, with all original tags attached.
