What payment modes do you accept?

We accept payment by VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal and Apple Pay. 

When will my account be charged?

Your account will be charged immediately after your order has been accepted and processed.

I changed my mind! Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we will not be able to cancel your order once payment has been made and the transaction is underway. However, if you do need help, feel free to drop us an email at hello@iamkai.co.

Please note: Any import duties and taxes that are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary by country. If you’ve any questions regarding the charges, please contact your local customs. 

Can I track my order?

FOR SINGAPORE ORDERS

Courier Delivery: You will receive an email notification once your order has been picked up by our courier. Our courier partner will contact you directly regarding your delivery status.

bluPort Self Collection: When your order has been shipped out and is ready for self collection, you will receive an SMS with the bluPort Self Collection station that your parcel is located in, a code to unlock the locker for your parcel, as well as the validity of your bluPort. You will also be able to track where your parcel is at all times.

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

You will receive a tracking number with your shipment notification email.

How do I use bluPort Self Collection?

There are 90 (and more to come) bluPort Self Collection stations around the island.

To use bluPort Self Collection, first select 'bluPort Self Collection' as your shipping method before you check out. You will then be able to select your preferred bluPort Self Collection station before proceeding to payment.

When your order has been shipped out and is ready for self collection, you will receive an SMS with the bluPort Self Collection station that your parcel is located in, a code to unlock the locker for your parcel, as well as the validity of your bluPort.

You will also be able to track where your parcel is at all times.

DO NOTE THAT BLUPORT SELF COLLECTION IS ONLY AVAILABLE WITHIN SINGAPORE.

I have yet to receive my order, what should I do?

FOR SINGAPORE ORDERS

Shipping can sometimes be delayed due to weekends or Public Holidays. If you’ve yet to receive your order after 10 business days or more, just drop us an email at hello@iamkai.co and we’ll do our best to help you.

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

After we have shipped out your order, there might be unforeseen custom checks & delays. If you do not receive your order after 21 days, please contact us at hello@iamkai.co for assistance.

Returns

What’s your return/exchange policy?

All purchases made on www.iamkai.co are final and not eligible for return or exchange.

kāi will provide an exchange for defective items when notified within two days of when the item/items were received, provided the items are unused, with all original tags attached.

If you have received a defective item, please notify us immediately at hello@iamkaico.

Help, I received the wrong product!

If you received a different product from the one you ordered, we’re sorry! Please contact us immediately at hello@iamkai.co and we’ll make sure you get the correct product you ordered.
