Your account will be charged immediately after your order has been accepted and processed.
I changed my mind! Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we will not be able to cancel your order once payment has been made and the transaction is underway. However, if you do need help, feel free to drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Where do you ship to?
Anywhere on Earth, basically! Our shipping speeds and costs vary based on your location and weight the order. Your shipping fee will be calculated at checkout. Our shipping speeds are as follows:
Singapore: 6-8 business days
Rest of Asia: 10-12 business days
Everywhere else: 12-14 business days
Can I track my order?
FOR SINGAPORE ORDERS
All bags and pouches will be delivered via courier. Our designated courier will contact you directly regarding the status of your delivery.
For all sticker pack orders that do not include a bag or pouch, you will have the option of Normal Mail (free) or Registered Mail (S$2.50) at checkout. Please note that Normal Mail does not come with a tracking number. If Registered Mail is chosen, you will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped out.
FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For all bags, pouches and sticker packs - you’ll receive a tracking number with your shipment notification email.
I have yet to receive my order, what should I do?
Shipping can sometimes be delayed due to weekends or Public Holidays. If you’ve yet to receive your order after 14 business days or more, just drop us an email at email@example.com and we’ll do our best to help you.
What’s your return/exchange policy?
All purchases made on www.iamkai.co are final and not eligible for return or exchange.
kāi will provide an exchange for defective items when notified within two days of when the item/items were received, provided the items are unused, with all original tags attached.
If you have received a defective item, please notify us immediately at hello@iamkaico.
Help, I received the wrong product!
If you received a different product from the one you ordered, we’re sorry! Please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll make sure you get the correct product you ordered.
